Occupational Health and Safety Policy

   Our company, as one of Turkey's leading companies in the production and sales of Chlor-Alkali chemicals, carries out production processes that require professionalism and meticulousness in the sector in which it operates; contributes to the national economy.

 

 The products we produce are import substitutes and serve the economic benefit and sustainable growth targets by reducing our country's foreign dependency.

 

   As Management within the scope of TS EN ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System;

• In all our activities; to act in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, legislation and legal requirements,
• To follow the occupational safety requirements of public institutions and organizations, OHS innovations with technological developments,
• To ensure the active participation of employees and employee representatives in decision-making processes,
• To plan preventive activities to prevent, reduce or eliminate process hazards with our teammates with team spirit, to carry out the necessary work to reduce the identified OHS risks,
• Within the scope of occupational health and safety; To adopt the "People First" approach and make it a corporate culture,
• To provide safe and healthy working environments to prevent injuries and health deterioration,
• To create Emergency and First Aid teams and to increase emergency awareness by conducting drills at least once a year,
• To continuously use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and to provide the necessary trainings to raise awareness,
• To have periodic checks of work equipment and to ensure that it is used in accordance with the conditions,
• To make the necessary measurements within the scope of OHS and to take the necessary measures,
